Song

As the sun creeps slowly past my mind,
The real me grows harder to find.
Locking inside by millions of fears,
Are painful and uncried tears.
Memories of loves that were lost,
Keep thoughts and emotions tossed.
An unknown person deep inside experiments awhile,
Playing it cool with its painted on smile.
Like a embryo is grows inside,
Till its personality is impossible to hide.
And like a child I being to run,
Far beyond the setting sun.
Just to find it's still there
Grinning gaily without a care.
This beast which lives beneath my skin,
Will always haunt my body within.
Now that I am only half a whole,
I search for a rewarding soul.
To end my life would be a sin,
But to live on would be to die, within...
